Welcome, lost souls!
If you’re reading this, you either already know my work or you’re discovering it for the very first time.
If you’ve been following my journey - welcome back! As you can see, a lot of changes have happened in my life recently, but one thing remains constant: I haven’t stopped drawing.
If you’re new here - hello! I’m glad you stopped by. Take a seat, make yourself comfortable, and step into my world.
What is Myrkvi?
Myrkvi isn’t just another place to read comics online. It is a universe I have been building and shaping for years. Over the course of my journey as an indie comic creator, I’ve drawn around 30 different comics and webcomics.
I have published a few of them independently rather than going through large publishers or corporations. Why? Because keeping creative freedom is essential to me. I want my stories - from dark fantasies to immersive sci-fi comics - to reach you without censorship or corporate forced edits.
I’ll be honest: writing blog posts isn’t second nature to me, so forgive me if this sounds a little chaotic! But then again, the best creative ideas often come out of chaos, don’t they?
What You’ll Find Here
This platform is going to be the central hub for everything I create. Here’s a quick preview of what’s coming:
Original Stories & Webcomics: Direct access to my latest series and standalone stories. Whether you enjoy reading on dedicated platforms or following a webtoon format, you’ll find updates here first.
Creator Guides & Tips: If you draw or create stories yourself, I will be sharing practical art and storytelling tutorials over time.
Video & Social Updates: You can find me sharing behind-the-scenes content on TikTok and YouTube. I’m also considering branching out to platforms like Rumble in the near future.
Why Build My Own Website?
You might wonder why I decided to set up my own independent site.
The reality is that many of the larger comic platforms are constantly changing or fading away. As an creator, relying solely on third-party sites means leaving your work at the mercy of platform algorithms. I needed a permanent home - a direct line of connection to you through this website and through conventions where we can meet in person.
I hope you’ll grow to love these stories as much as I love creating and sharing them with you.
A Heartfelt Thank You
Before I wrap up this first post, I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the incredible people who helped make this website a reality. Without your support, this platform wouldn't exist today. Thank you so much!
Stay tuned for more updates coming soon.
Until next time!
